Can ICaps® tablets be crushed or broken in half prior to taking?
It is not recommended that the tablets are broken or crushed. ICaps® tablets are slow release coated tablets and have been specifically designed to be swallowed whole. This helps to reduce any side effects (e.g. stomach irritation), avoids any unpleasant taste, and provides improved bioavailability of the vitamins, minerals and other anti-oxidants.
