Does ICaps® contain the recommended amount of vitamins?
Many supplements contain 100% RDA (Recommended Daily Amount) of vitamins and minerals. While this may be sufficient to avoid overall deficiency, studies have suggested that these levels are too low to have much of a positive effect on eye health. Some of the nutrients in ICaps® are therefore deliberately set above the RDA to provide maximum benefit.
